1 pkg. butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Mix above ingredients for cake together as listed and bake in 3 layers. Bake as time allotted on cake mix box. For icing blend 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 large box vanilla instant pudding and 1 large container Cool Whip until well mixed. Spread between layers and on top.
