ECLAIR CAKE
 

2 sm. instant French vanilla pudding
1 box graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
4 c. milk
1 can chocolate frosting/or homemade

Mix pudding according to directions, fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer graham crackers and pudding: 4 layers crackers, 3 layers pudding. Frost layer of crackers. Make sure crackers go all the way to the edge, easier to frost. Let set at least an hour before serving. Makes a lot, no cooking.
