1 c. (2 sticks) butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs, beat one at a time 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating after each one. Add vanilla. Add flour and beat until smooth, 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Add apple pie filling, spooned on. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
