1 c. Crisco 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1/2 c. sour cream 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. blueberries 1 tsp. vanilla Mix Crisco, sugar, eggs and sour cream together; add vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Blend well. Fold in blueberries (well drained). STREUSEL TOPPING: 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. flour 6 tbsp. butter Mix well and sprinkle on top of coffee cake. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven or until toothpick in center comes out clean. |
