Mix together: 1/2 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding 3 1/2 c. milk

STEP 1: Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese.

STEP 2: Mix pudding and milk together.

STEP 3: Combine results of Step 1 and Step 2.

STEP 4: Chop 1/4 pound package Oreos in blender.

STEP 5: Layer Step 3 and Step 4 in a flower pot. Chill overnight. Works well in flower pot then add either a bouquet of artificial flowers and put gummy worms on top for a decoration.
