1 1/2 c. sifted flour 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. water 1/3 c. oil TOPPING: 1 egg 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 lb. soft cream cheese Pinch of salt Beat topping until creamy. Add 1 cup miniature chocolate chips. Put 8 ingredients in bowl and beat until smooth. Fill foil lined miniature cupcake holders half full. Add 1 heaping teaspoon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
