1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Combine ingredients and pat crumb mixture in bottom of cheesecake pan. Cream following ingredients in order.

1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish top with crushed pineapple. (Any other fruit or fruit filling can be substituted).
