1 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding
2 2/3 c. cold milk
Mix flour, nuts, butter well and spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool.
Cream together sugar, cheese and add Cool Whip. Spread on cool crust. Mix instant pudding and milk and spread on cheese mix. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Use your favorite flavor of pudding.
