1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix to consistency of meal. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pat into 9 x 13 dish and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread over crust.

1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
2 2/3 c. milk

Spread over cheese mixture. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
