1 box Swiss or German chocolate cake mix baked as directed. Split layers in half.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar

Mix thoroughly. Grate 6 bars Hershey candy, add. Fold 12 oz. Cool Whip into mixture. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Frost cake.
