DUMP CAKE
 

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Pillsbury only)
1 can (16 to 20 oz.) fruit cocktail or crushed pineapple
1/4 lb. butter
Chopped nuts (opt.)

Butter square cake pan. Dump canned fruit into pan. Spread cake mix (dry) evenly over the fruit. Sliver butter over cake mix. Add nuts. DO NOT MIX TOGETHER.

Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean or until side leaves the pan and the top is golden brown.

NOTE: Suggested recipe to be prepared either by a little girl or a very tried mother!
