1 #2 can whole kernel or cream corn 3/4 c. milk (reduce milk to 1/2 c. for creamed corn) 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 sm. onion 2 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper to taste 1 can oysters Combine corn and milk. Add all other ingredients, except butter and oysters. Chop oysters and add small amount of liquid with them; put in dish and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
