16 oz. can French style green beans 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. finely chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. slivered almonds Cook green beans in own juice with chopped onion until heated; drain off the juice. While beans are cooking, melt butter in small skillet and saute almonds until brown. Add almonds and lemon juice to cooked beans and serve. |
