CREAMY DILL CUCUMBERS
 

2 lg. cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried dill

Toss together first 4 ingredients; cover; let stand 2 hours. Drain; discard liquid. In medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; add cucumbers and onion. Toss to coat well. Cover; chill at least 2 hours. Makes about 2 cups.
