BARBEQUE MEATBALLS
 

BARBEQUE SAUCE:

1 bottle barbeque sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard

MEATBALLS:

3 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. ketchup

Add enough crackers to make meatloaf-like mixture. Roll into small balls and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Combine all ingredients in the barbeque sauce. Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Add meatballs. Let them sit in sauce at least 1/2 hour before serving.
