1 c. uncooked orzo or rosamarina 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken 1 1/2 c. halved red seedless grapes 1 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 4.5 oz. jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained Cook macaroni to desired doneness on package. Drain. Rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and salt. Stir in cooked orzo and remaining ingredients until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Yields 7 (1 cup) servings. |
