PICKLED ASPARAGUS
 

2 qts. white vinegar
3 qts. water
18 tbsp. plain salt
1 tbsp. pickling spice
1 clove garlic per pt.

Boil brine 15 minutes. Clean and blanch asparagus. Cook asparagus in hot water about 2 minutes. Hot jars, hot lids, etc. Pack, pour, cap.
