1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn 1 c. milk 1 well beaten egg 1 c. cracker crumbs 3/4 tsp. salt (optional) Dash of sugar Heat corn and milk, gradually stir in egg. Add cracker crumbs and salt, sugar. Mix well then pour into a greased 8 inch pan. Top with 1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
