ROSTI POTATOES
 

10 lg. red potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder

Par cook potatoes. Peel and grate. Heat olive oil until very hot in stoneware or non-stick pan. Add potatoes covering bottom of pan and season. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes. Flip potatoes using large spatula. Cook 10 minutes more and serve.
