4 to 6 baking potatoes

Wash potatoes. Wrap in aluminum foil while wet. Place directly into hot coals, turn after 15 minutes. They should be ready in 20 to 30 minutes, depending on potato size. I usually cook several ahead, then use leftovers for home fries or cheese-stuffed potatoes.
