3 c. sweet potato pulp 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. butter TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1 c. nuts, chopped (walnuts or pecans) Boil sweet potatoes with skins. Skin and place in mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and mix with electric mixer. Top with topping and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Use 9 x 9 inch baking dish. |
