4 lg. Russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4" sticks, peeled Soak potato sticks in water to cover for 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels; blot dry. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil and place single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until well browned, turning once. Season with Tony's or salt and pepper. |
