1 c. onions, chopped 1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. butter 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained 1/4 tsp. tarragon Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter. Stir in green beans and tarragon. Heat through. To microwave: Empty contents into microwave dish. Cover. Heat 3-4 minutes. Stir. Season to taste. Serve. 4 to 6 servings. |
