SCALLOP CORN
 

6 eggs, beaten
2 cans cream style corn or whole kernel
A little diced onion
5 scant tbsp. flour
3 good tbsp. sugar
1 good c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper

Grease casserole with butter good and put few bogs of butter in above corn mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
