8 to 10 mashed potatoes (with butter, milk and seasoning) 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. chopped chives Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and chives; add to mashed potatoes. Put in open buttered casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12. |
