2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tbsp. lime juice 1 tbsp. dry onions, minced 1 tsp. fine herbs, crushed 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 lb. fresh mushroom halves (5 1/2 c.) In 2 quart microwave safe casserole combine all ingredients except mushrooms. Micro-cook on high for 1 minute, stirring once. Stir in mushrooms. Micro-cook, covered 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring twice. Serves 4-5. |
