BEETS IN CREAM

2 1/2 c. cooked beets sliced
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Pour over beets and mix. Delicious.
