1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened 2 tbsp. salt-free lemon and herb seasoning 1 tbsp. snipped chives or sliced green onion 8 ears fresh corn in husks Prepare barbecue grill for cooking. In small bowl, stir butter, seasoning and chives until smooth; set aside. Fold down husks of each ear of corn halfway and remove silk. Rub about 2 teaspoons herb butter over kernels of each ear. Fold up husks; wrap ear well in foil. Arrange corn directly on hot coals; cook 35 to 40 minutes, turning once, until tender when pierced with a knife. |
