4 ears fresh corn 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter, softened 1/2 tsp. freeze dried chives 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper Remove husks and silks from corn just before cooking. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread herb butter on corn. Place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil; wrap tightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning occasionally. |
