GRILLED CORN IN HUSKS
 

Corn
Oil, butter or basting sauce

Pull off dry outside husks. Tear several 1/4 inch wide to use as ties. Gently peel back inner husks, remove silk, spread corn with oil, butter or basting sauce. Lay inner husks back in place around corn. Tie at top with corn husk strips. Immerse in cold water to cover corn for 15 to 30 minutes. Drain well. Grill for 215 to 20 minutes, turning often. To grill corn out of husks, peel off and discard all husks and silks. Grill for about 8 minutes, turning often.
