10 to 12 med. potatoes 1 c. cream chicken soup 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. melted butter 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 green onions, chopped 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes Cook potatoes with skin on. Cool and cube. Mix butter, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, onions, 1 1/2 cups cheese. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and cornflakes. Bake in large casserole or pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
