SEAFOOD STUFFING
 

2 lb. fish, any type may be used
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/4 c. dry unseasoned bread crumbs
6 lg. walnuts, grated
1 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp. cooking sherry
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Place fish in baking pan and sprinkle with minced onion. Combine crumbs with nuts and melted butter. Cover fish. Combine sherry with lemon juice and spoon over crumb mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 3/4 hour.

Serves 6-8. Very rich and filling.
