3 c. cooked rice 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed 1/4 c. minced onion 2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. salt Paprika Combine all ingredients except paprika. Pour into a buttered shallow 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings. |
