Prepare 1 small package instant mashed potatoes, omitting butter. Add 4 ounce package whipped cream cheese. Beat well. Stir in 1 egg, 2 tablespoons chopped onion and 1 tablespoon snipped parsley. Blend and bake in buttered casserole at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with dabs of butter and sprinkle with paprika.
