4 to 5 lbs. potatoes 8 oz. creamed cheese 1 c. sour cream Garlic powder to taste Salt & pepper to taste Cook potatoes. Mash with creamed cheese and sour cream. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. These can be made ahead of time and heated in oven, microwave, or crock pot before serving. They will keep several days in the refrigerator and unlike regular mashed potatoes, reheat beautifully. |
