1 c. Elmer's type glue
1 1/2 c. Sta-Flo liquid starch

Mix above together. Allow mixture to dry slightly before using as it needs to be pliable. Store in an airtight container.

Silly putty is wonderfully bouncy and will also "lift" comics off its page when it is pressed over them.
