2 Large Kohlrabi, peeled and julienned 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 green onion, coarsely chopped 1 tsp. chopped cilantro 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cooking oil Heat frying pan with oil. Add Kohlrabi and cook through for 4 to 5 minutes. Add salt and sugar and stir in evenly. Add egg and coat thoroughly. Add green onion and cilantro and then turn stove off. Makes 3 to 4 servings. Can substitute zucchini or banana squash for the Kohlrabi. |
