BROCCOLI RICE AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
 

2 small boxes frozen broccoli, cooked
2 c. rice, cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large block Velveeta cheese

Mix cooked broccoli, cooked rice and cream of mushroom soup and add desired amount of Velveeta cheese. Melt and mix well. Spread in a 3-quart casserole dish.

Top with Velveeta and bake at 350°F until golden brown.
