BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 

2 pkgs. frozen broccoli and cauliflower (can use fresh)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese (use 1/4 lb. as chunks in casserole and 3/4 lb.
sliced on top)

Layer vegetables. Add soup, mushrooms and 1/4 lb. cheese chunks. Mix. Layer top with cheese slices. Bake in uncovered 12x14 pan at 250 to 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
