2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. catsup 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts (optional) Combine all ingredients, stir well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
