3 or 4 lg. sweet potatoes

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and mash until fluffy.

Makes about 6 cups. Add:

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1/2 c. milk or cream
