1 lg. bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 cans Campbells potato soup 1 pt. sour cream 1 c. grated cheese, medium sharp, whatever your taste
Mix and pour into 13 x 9 Pyrex dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees, 1 hour. May sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
