VEGGIE CASSEROLE
 

2 pkgs. California mix frozen vegetables
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Cook vegetables as directed. Drain well and mix with mushrooms. Layer casserole dish with veggies, cheese and crackers. Drizzle with butter and continue to layer until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
