16 oz. bag frozen broccoli 12 oz. can mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk 8 oz. bag shredded Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Thaw broccoli. Put in a casserole dish or glass pan. Heat the mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk. Pour the soup over the broccoli and mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese on top and bake for additional 5 minutes. |
