MINTED PEAS
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. green creme de menthe
1 tbsp. butter

Place peas and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook covered for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove cover and dot with butter and stir in creme de menthe and enjoy.
