8-10 med. potatoes 3 med. onions (chopped) 3/4 c. butter 1/2 lb. bacon (cooked), cut up 1 c. sour cream Boil potatoes until tender. Fry bacon, set aside to drain. Cook onion in butter until tender. Mash potatoes. Add onion, salt, pepper and sour cream. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
