1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli 1 pkg. frozen lima beans 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup 1 can mushroom soup 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 c. sour cream 1 stick butter 1 3/4 c. Rice Krispies Partially cook both broccoli and lima beans; drain thoroughly. Discard liquid from water chestnuts. Blend onion soup mix, mushroom soup, and sour cream; add mixture to vegetables and chestnuts. Melt butter in fry pan, then add Rice Krispies; mix well. Place vegetable mixture into 9 x 13 inch casserole. Top with Rice Krispie mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, covered loosely, for 1/2 hour to 3/4 hours or until bubbly. |
