2 1/4 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1 c. diced, seeded cucumber 1/2 oz. slivered almonds 1 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/4 tsp. almond extract Cucumber slices to garnish In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk and yogurt until smooth.
