1 c. wild rice 1 can beef consomme 1 can water 1 c. white rice 1 can onion soup 1 can mushrooms Brown raw white rice and partially cooked wild rice in butter, stirring constantly. Place in a casserole and add the consomme, onion soup, water and mushrooms. Bake in 350 degree oven, covered, until rice is done, about 1 1/2 hours. |
