BROCCOLI - CORN BAKE
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole combine thawed broccoli, corn, 1/4 cup cracker crumbs, egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, instant minced onion, salt and pepper. Blend remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
